art league of ocean city marylandThe Art League of Ocean City, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the enrichment of life through the arts.

LOCATION
The Art League is located adjacent to the water tower on 94th Street, bayside. The League has been in existence since the 1960's. The establishment of our permanent home in l984 has lead to a stronger community presence and increased artistic involvement.

ACTIVITIES
Activities are available for every age and all skill levels -- from children's exhibits to professional workshops and shows to museum excursions and group outings. Monthly receptions offer an opportunity to socialize, enjoy and appreciate both artistic and culinary creations. We award an annual scholarship to a Stephen Decatur High School graduating senior who wishes to pursue an education in the arts.

SUPPORT
The Art League benefits from the generosity of many patrons and volunteers. We are fortunate to receive support from the town of Ocean City, the Worcester County Arts Council, the Maryland Council for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.

JOIN US!
All activities are open to the public and benefits to members are substantial. Our bi-monthly newsletter keeps members up-to-date on forthcoming events and other League plans. Members may take advantage of discounts on all classes and activities. Most important of all, Art League members have the satisfaction of knowing that they are making a real contribution to the cultural life of our city and region.
